Since Java Times Caffé opened its first cafeteria in Galerías Laguna mall in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico, in 2003, the real local fans of coffee have recognized us.

We have not only been successful; we have prospered. Today, Java Times Caffé is the biggest local house of coffee in Torreón, Coahuila.

A little time ago we have decided to allow the rest of the country to take part in the experience of Java Times Caffé. Together with our branches in Monterrey, and other ones in Querétaro, Chihuahua and Veracruz, the franchises will be appearing soon through each one of the states of the republic, among other places of The United States as Texas and New York.

In the middle of our rapid expansion, Java Times Caffé will begin to reinvent a new appearance; rich, calm, contemporary and exotic. A change, if you wish. It is the ideal place that the consumer looks for to socialize and relax. Normally it is installed in an area of 70 to 190 square meters for which the investment changes from 1,500,000.00 to 2,500,000.00 Mexican pesos. The design of the sales floor is visually attractive and flexible to add two windows for Drive Thru service.

For models of JTC business, EXPRESSO CART, JTC KIOSKO, JTC CAFETERIA, AND JTC DRIVE THRU: $26,000 US DLLS. (twenty-six thousand American dollars). In any case, the initial quota will have to be paid just one time to the signing of the franchises contract.

ROYALTIES:

The 5.5 per cent of the monthly gross sales. The 1.5 per cent of the monthly gross sales will be donated to the non lucrative “Niños del Café” Foundation, organization established to improve the quality of life of children and families that with great dedication produce the Mexican coffees that we buy, that with very much fondness we toast and sell around the world to persons who enjoy it day after day. With the economic contributions that come from the consumption of this coffee, the quality of the same one is guaranteed when the living conditions are improved in the coffee states. How much is the quota of advertising? The 2.5 per cent of the gross sales. The 0.5 remaining per cent of the monthly gross sales will be destined to the local community in order to help to solve social character problems.
