Objectives

To achieve the mission, the following specific objectives are established:
- To improve the socioeconomic conditions of the productive rural sector.
- To promote the development in those zones with capacity of production but in marginal conditions.
- To implement governmental authorities.
- To increase the production for a more efficient and profitable process.
- To obtain the participation of beneficiaries as main links of contributions, that allow the producers to accede to necessary goods and services in the productive field.
- Approach of participation programs to those producers who have the competitive potential but lack of access to the markets and financings in order to advance in their productive restructuring and training.
- To destine the supports to the most vulnerable groups as children, women, indigenous, laborers, assuring a sure source of income with real and worthy possibilities of socioeconomic development.
